New Build Properties Aerials

Do you require a TV aerial or satellite dish installation on a new build house / Flat / Apartments / bungalow?

Some house builders only provide a single aerial socket with the coax cable leading into the loft and leave it to the person purchasing the new house to have a aerial fitted at their own cost.

When possible we try and to fit the aerial in the loft on a new house, This would lead to out of sight & mind installation of the tv aerial. Leaving everything neat & tidy so there are no cables showing on the outside walls.
